Jinko annual production capacity exceeds 500,000 tons (200,000 tons of barite / 300,000 tons of calcite), with annual sales reaching 370,000 tons (120,000 tons of barite / 200,000 tons of calcite / 50,000 tons of gemstone), solidifying its leading position in industry resources.

Jinko Mining has invested in building a dual-engine base for smart manufacturing: the Phase I 40,000 m² smart factory and Phase II 50,000 m² innovation park operate synergistically, integrating 16 intelligent powder preparation systems.

Core equipment includes German-imported vertical grinding units and high-precision ball milling matrices. Plans are underway to establish high-end ore grading production lines and fully automated industrial robot production lines, achieving nanoscale deconstruction and dynamic reorganization of raw ore to provide customized mineral solutions for customers.

We plan to establish a quantum-level quality control system. The company is equipped with a Swiss Malvern laser particle size analyzer, a Japanese-imported whiteness analyzer, and an EU-certified heavy metal detection system, performing 3D spectral scanning on each batch of ore.

Through micron-level precision control and big data quality prediction models, we ensure product stability meets military standards.
